January 8, 2016 – On 8th January 2016, PKNP Group organized an annual ceremony with the Chief Executive of PKNP Group at Amanjaya Convention Centre, Hotel Casuarina@Meru.

During the ceremony, Chief Executive of PKNP Group, YBhg. Dato’ Aminuddin Bin Md. Desa, at first, conveyed his message and aspiration in achieving the success of the transformation plan that was implemented almost three (3) years ago in order for the PKNP Group to celebrate its 50th in excellence and pride especially among Perak locals in the year 2017. He also emphasized to accomplish the entire transformation plans in order to reinforce the implementation and progress in developing Perak state.

The achievement and capability of PKNP Group in the effort to boost the economy of Perak has come to a great admiration by the locals. Indirectly, this will support the effort of the state government in maintaining the harmony and cater benefits for Perak residents especially for those who live around the development area. As an example, the development of Bandar Meru Raya which delivers many benefits to residents around Ipoh and Bandar Meru Raya. Projects that have been accomplished such as housing project and redevelopment of small town which involved the fundamental of YAB Chief Minister of Perak State was aimed to make sure there are no residents from the rural are being abandoned. This matter includes the development of Bandar Meru Raya such as Bulatan 18, Movie Animation Park Studio (MAPS) and affordable housing project which gets the attention from members of Board of Directors, people’s representative, leaders and Perak residents.

YBhg. Dato’ Aminuddin also highlighted the commitment, strong teamwork and patience in facing the obstacles and challenges that may come in a way to grow Perak state to a huge victory. Besides that, he stated that a more productive and proactive work culture also contribute to an achievement whereby the mind and behavioural change can be seen by YBhg. Dato’ Aminuddin himself. He also emphasized on the objective of PKNP FC which positively contributes to the success of PKNP Group and hope to reignite the name of PKNP during the glory days of Perak football team in the era of 80’s and 90’s. He also aimed to generate PKNP FC as a platform which provide opportunities for young generation to develop and build a career in PKNP and also establish football as a profession ultimately will raise up Perak state in the arena football.

Furthermore, YBhg. Dato’ Aminuddin also conveyed the decision of Members of Board of Directors to approve the proposal of the opening of a new PKNP Group corporate office in Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur. The initiative is aimed to facilitate and encourage the work practice and implementation, meetings, and discussion which involved federal departments or investors from local or outside Perak state under the supervision of South Perak Region Development department. The establishment of this corporate office is the first-time and denotes a recognition for PKNP Group as the first state government agency who develop a branch office outside Perak.

Additionally, for the bonus allocation, YAB Chief Minister of Perak also expressed the Group Top Management to consider on the bonus award, depending on the work performance (KPI) and also on the daily work quality. Regardless of how challenging the country economy these days, he believes that all the initiatives and enforcement can be successfully completed.

As a conclusion, he expressed his mandate to all PKNP Group staff to deliver more focus in implementing the transformation plan to celebrate the 50th anniversary in honor and glory.
