CSR Programme – Contribution of Orang Asli’s Daily Needs at Kg. Selaor and Kg Kelat Temengor in Forest Reserve

June 1, 2016 – PKNP Group is committed in carrying out corporate social responsibility activities that can be beneficial for welfare and interests of the community and the organization.

A program of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been carried out in the concession area of Perak Integrated Timber Complex (PITC) in Temengor Forest. It involved two aboriginal settlements, namely Kampung Selaor and Kampung Kelat.

About 43 families from both settlements have received the daily necessities such as rice, sugar, biscuits, salt and others in this program. The donation was given by YB Dato’ Hasbullah Bin Osman, Gerik Member of Parliament. Also present were representatives from District Forestry Department and the Department of Orang Asli Development.
