CSR Program: PKNP FC Football Clinic at Bagan Datuk

January 18, 2017 – Bagan Datuk Distric was selected as the first district to star the Chief Minister’s “Pemukiman“ Programme series in 2017. The PKNP Group in collaboration with Hilir Perak District Education Office and SMK Seri Perkasa organized PKNP FC football coaching clinic at SMK Seri Perkasa, Hutan Melintang. The training session is under the corporate social responsibility programme of PKNP Group.

A total of 15 primary and secondary schools in Bagan Datuk district participated in the training session. About 108 young talents under the age of 14 years from 9 primary schools and 7 secondary schools were involved. The objective of the programme was to expose young talents to the football skills technique, ball control and fitness training. In addition, it was also a platform for PKNP FC to seek new potential talents to be recruited.

A total of 8 coaches and 23 players from PKNP FC were involved in the session which was headed by Raja Azhar Bin Raja Ayob, head coach for the PKNP FC youth team.

The closing ceremony of the PKNP FC football coaching clinic, was officiated by En. Suhaimi Bin Taib, Special Assistant to YB Dato’ Shahrul Zaman Bin Yahya, Chairman of the Perak State Committee on Youth, Sports and Human Resources. Also present were Dato' Aminuddin Bin Md Desa, Chief Executive of PKNP Group, Tuan Sayed Shariffuddin Bin Sayed Shamshuddin, Deputy Chief Executive, Corporate Services PKNP Group and Encik Ahmad Teridi Bin Shahuddin, Headmaster of SMK Seri Perkasa Hutan Melintang.
