August 18, 2016 – Larut Parliamentary constituency which consists of Kubu Gajah, Selama and Batu Kurau has been identified as a location for Perak Chief Minister’s ‘Pemukiman’ Programme Series. The main objective for the programme is to listen to people’s problems and to find a way to handling and solving the problems. The 5-day programme took place from 16th to 20th August 2016.

As such PKNP Group was also involved in ‘pemukiman’ programme at Larut Parliamentary constituency in the smalltown redevelopment project, Dataran Amanjaya Kubu Gajah. YAB Dato’ Seri DiRaja Dr. Zambry Bin Abd Kadir, Perak Chief Minister made a working visit with his entourage and was briefed by En. Ridzuan Bin Hashim, General Manager, Group Property Development Division PKNP Group about the status of the project. Also present during the visit were Dato' Aminuddin Bin Md Desa, Chief Executive PKNP Group and Dato' Hj. Abd. Rahim Bin Md. Ariff, Yang Dipertua Taiping Municipal Council.

Meanwhile PKNP Group contributed RM76,000 for the construction of the Balai Lintang at Toh Paduka Mosque, Kg. Masjid, Ijok. This corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme also organized a ‘majlis tazkirah’ and prayers together with committee members and villagers of Kampung Ijok. The programme was attended by YB Dato' Mohammad Zahir Bin Abdul Khalid, Chairman of the Perak State Committee on Industry, Investment and Development Corridor. Also present was YB Ustaz Ahmad Hasbullah Bin Hj. Alias, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Kubu Gajah.
