December 31, 2016, Meru Raya Ipoh – The 2017 New Year Celebration in Bulatan Amanjaya, Bandar Meru Raya received tremendous response by visitors, especially those living in the vicinity of Ipoh. PKNP Group through Meru Raya Park Sdn Bhd, the company that manages the operation of the roundabout took the initiative to promote Bulatan Amanjaya to the public more aggressively after its opening on 25th November 2016.

The celebration was enlivened by performances of local artists such as May, Asyeed @ Def Gab C, Ani Mahyuni, Wana @ My Starz LG, Asfan and Lokomotive. In addition, the apperance of MAPS mascot added colour to the atmosphere and was highly anticipated, besides the performances of Buskers under PORTS, cultural dance and street entertainment. The highlight that was eagerly waited for was the 10 minutes’ firework, giving much satisfaction to those who attended the celebration.

Bulatan Amanjaya is a recreational park, a new attraction in Bandar Meru Raya. It is one of the PKNP Group’s projects which aimed to become one of the attractions for the locals’ people, as well as domestic and foreign tourists. In terms of its capacity, with an area of 18 acres, Bulatan Amanjaya is able to accommodate about a number of 2000 to 3000 visitors on every weekend with an area of 18 acres.
