October 20, 2016 - MISC-MIFA FC defeated PKNP FC 1 - 0 in the first final held at the Shah Alam Stadium. MISC-MIFA FC was given a penalty at the end of the game due to the mistake of the PKNP FC defender player. PKNP will attempt to turn a one-goal deficit when they host the second match at the Perak Stadium in Ipoh on 27 October.
