October 27, 2016 - PKNP FC was defeated by MISC-MIFA FC on aggregate 3-1 in the second final at Perak Stadium, Ipoh. PKNP FC was forced to play with 10 men when their captain, Mohd Fazli Zulkifli was sent off after collecting a second yellow card.

As the champion MISC-MIFA FC received RM200,000 in prize money and a trophy while PKNP as the runner-up received RM100,000. Both teams qualified for the Premier League 2017.

Approximately 10,000 supporters of both teams enlivened the stadium.
