The Batang Padang District and Kampar are 12^th Pemukiman YAB Menteri Besar Perak Program since April 2015. The 5-days programme which was held from 26 to 30 September is one of the important platforms for the State Government to meet, understand and resolve issues.  The program which convey the concept of "3P" (Padang, Perasaan dan Penyelesaian - Involve, Feel and Solution) aims to analyse the problems faced by the locals.

 

The PKNP Group also involved in the YAB Menteri Besar Pemukiman Program at Batang Padang and Kampar Districts. Some programs were implemented involving projects under the PKNP Group in the area.

 

 

PKNP FC FOOTBALL CLINIC SESSION @ KAMPAR

 

Malim Nawar, September 26, 2017 - PKNP FC Football Clinic session was held at SMK Malim Nawar, Kampar Perak recently, in conjunction with the Pemukiman YAB Menteri Besar Perak Programme at Batang Padang & Kampar Districts. It involved 147 students under 14 years old from 20 schools in Kampar district. The training session focused on basic skill and tactical among the young talents. This programme was organized in collaboration with Kinta Selatan District Education Office and SMK Malim Nawar as the host.

 

Pugalenthi a/l Arunasalam, who is PKNP FC President Team coach, led the training session, assisted by 5 coaches and 20 players from PKNP FC President Team. The session started from 8.00 am until 4.30 pm, has shown the enthusiasm and involvement among the young talents.

 

YB Dato’ Mohammad Zahir Bin Abdul Khalid, Chairman of the Perak Industrial Industry, Investment and Development Committee was present to officiate the Closing Ceremony of PKNP FC Football Clinic. In his speech, he reminded to the young talents who aspired to be a professional and successful football player, the need for them to balance their academic and co-curriculum besides having positive values, high spirit and discipline.

 

 

MOTIVATION PROGRAM FOR FORM SIX STUDENT

 

Malim Nawar, September 26, 2017 - PKNP Group collaborated with District Education Office (DEO) Kinta Selatan to organize the Pre University Students Motivational Programme which was held at Dewan SJK (C) Ying Sing, Malim Nawar. The programme was attended by a total of 286 Form 6 students from 3 schools in Kampar district. It involved SMK Sultan Yussuf, Batu Gajah, SMK Sri Kampar and SMK Teja.

 

The aims of this programme is to motivate among the students in achieving their academic excellence, to choose their career path and to acquire positive attitude. Some tips were also given to the students in their preparation for the Malaysia Higher School Certificate (STPM) examination.

 

The Closing Ceremony of Motivational Program for Pre University Students was officiated by Perak State Committee Chairman for Industries, Investment and Corridor Development, YB Dato’ Mohammad Zahir Bin Abdul Khalid. Also present, Puan Noormah Binti Ismail, General Manager of Government Relation Affairs PKNP Group.

 

 

THE LAUNCHING OF DATARAN AMANJAYA TEMOH

 

 

Temoh, September 28, 2017 – YAB Dato' Seri DiRaja Dr Zambry Bin Abd Kadir officiated the Dataran Amanjaya Temoh today.  The Dataran is among one of the Small Town Redevelopment Projects under PKNP Group. It is aimed to catalyse and stimulate local economic development.

 

The Dataran Amanjaya Temoh consists an area of 1.1 acres. It has 6 units of shops, 8 units of stalls and square. It was operating since 15 August 2017. Types of businesses at in Dataran Amanjaya Temoh include retail shop, handicrafts, bridal boutiques, food and beverages.

 

Meanwhile, Mahabbah Carnival Programme, a joint venture programme between PKNP Group and JAIPk, also held at the Dataran Amanjaya Temoh. A few activities were organized such as exhibition and forum.  The topic of the forum was ‘Rasulullah as the Icon of Sakinah Family Building and Barakah Entrepreneur’. Approximately 300 people attended to this programme.

 

 

ENTREPRENEUR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

 

Tapah, September 27, 2017 - A total of 40 young entrepreneurs were involved in the Entrepreneur Carnival which was held at Dewan Merdeka and Tapah Arena in conjunction with Pemukiman YAB Menteri Besar Perak Programme in Batang Padang and Kampar Districts.  The young entrepreneurs are under the supervision of government agencies such as Perak State Development Corporation (PKNP), Perak State Agricultural Department, SMECORP and Amanah Ikhtiar of Perak.

 

This carnival was a collaboration between PKNP Group with 17 other Perak State agencies under the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS), in an effort to introduce and market their products. This programme is a platform for the young entrepreneur to sell their product at the local market.

The one-day carnival was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri DiRaja Dr. Zambry Bin Abd Kadir. In his speech, he emphasised that the young entrepreneurs need to be competitive and dynamic in order to succeed in their businesses.

Also present were YB Dato’ Saarani Bin Mohamad, Chairman of Perak Rural Development, Plantation, Agriculture, Information and Human Capital Development, YB Dato' Dr. Mah Hang Soon, Chairman of Perak Health Committee, Public Transport, Non-Islamic Affairs, National Integration and Kampung Baharu, and YB Dato’ M. Saravanan, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Malaysia.
