Sale Session Of Affordable Housing Teratak @Alor Pongsu

Bagan Serai, October 28th , 2017 - Affordable Housing, is one of the initiatives project under Perak State Development Corporation (PKNP) Group in realizing State Government’s commitment towards the well being of the people in Perak. Hence, a sale session for Teratak@Alor Pongsu was held at Dewan Dato 'Zainal Abidin Zin from 8.30am to 4.00 pm. The activities that were carried out include a briefing session on Affordable Housing projects, information on the payment process from the banks, selection for house lots and the signing of a sales and purchase agreement with the developer.
YB Dato’ Hj. Sham Bin Mat Sahat, Alor Pongsu State Assemblyman attended the program and met the buyers. Meanwhile, En. Ridzuan Bin Ibrahim, General Manager Property Development of PKNP Group said "For those people who have moderate and low income , this Affordable Housing Project under PKNP Group give an opportunity for them to buy and own a house. The Teratak @ Alor Pongsu developed by Lakar Budi Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company between Star Career Sdn Bhd (a wholly owned subsidiary company of PKNP Group) and Sahara Budi Sdn. Bhd. It offers a reasonable price and lower than the prices offered by private developers ".
The Teratak@Alor Pongsu with an area 11.95 acres is located in a strategic spot, nearby Alor Pongsu interchange of the North-South Highway. It is convenient and satisfying to the buyers as it is close to Penang via the Sultan Abdul Halim Bridge and Kedah. A total of 152 units of double storey terrace houses were offered at prices starting from RM189,000.
PKNP Group has launched 4 Affordable Housing Projects including Casa Kayangan@Meru, D'Aman Residensi@Meru, Suria@Meru and Pengkalan Raya, Batu Gajah. By 2018, PKNP Group expects to launch 6 more Affordable Home Projects in Kamunting, Kampar, Malim Nawar, Changkat Kinding, Kanthan and Slim River. It is hope that the project can meet the demands of the public interested in getting comfortable and modern houses.
