IPOH, 22^nd April 2022 - PINCER in Bandar Meru Raya will be actively re-operating as a hub for the creative industry and digital arts, especially as a digital film studio in Perak.

On the 21^st of April 2022 (Thursday), a signing session for 21 years of the PINCER Building rental and management agreement document was held and witnessed by YBhg. Dato’ Rumaizi bin Baharin@Md Daud, Mayor of Ipoh represented the Ipoh City Council (MBI) with YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq bin Abdul Razak, Chief Executive of PKNPk represented PKNPk.

Also present at the session were YBhg. Dato' Mazlan bin Abdul Rahman, Head of WHIP Council Member, Tuan Ahmad Munir bin Ishak, City Secretary, and Tuan Syed Agil bin Syed Hashim, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PKNPk (Corporate Relations).
