IPOH & LUMUT, 17 June 2022 - Initiatives to attract investors are actively implemented to boost economic activity in Perak. Recently, a working visit from the Ambassadors of Latin America & the Caribbean (GRULAC) has been arranged by the State Government to enhance the strategic alliance.

His Excellency Manuel Balaguer Salas, Ambassador of Argentina led the visit which was also joined by four other countries; Brazil, Chile, Cuba and Peru.

PKNPk and Lumut Port hope that this visit would establish a strategic relationship and investment with Latin American & Caribbean countries in catalyzing economic growth in Manjung District and Perak.

Also participating in this program were YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq bin Abdul Razak, Chief Executive of PKNPk, YABhg. Dato' Seri Timor Shah Rafiq, YB Dato Hj Abdul Manaf bin Hashim, Encik Zainal Iskandar bin Ismail, Chief Executive of Perak Corporation Berhad, Tuan Shamsul Ridzuan bin Idris, Manjung District Officer and Tuan Syamsul Hazeman bin Salleh, President of Manjung Municipal Council.

The Delegation's visit to Perak was held for 3 days from 15^th to 17^th June 2022.
