PROTOCOL AND ETIQUETTE COURSE

IPOH, 17th February 2023 – The Perak State Government took a proactive step towards ensuring that its officials are equipped with the necessary social skills and cultural sensitivity by organizing a Protocol and Etiquette Course at the Casuarina@Meru hotel, starting at 8 a.m. today.

 

The one-day course was attended by a diverse group of participants, ranging from Perak State Exco and State Assemblymen to Heads of Departments from various ranks.

 

The course began with a comprehensive session on the history of the Sultanate of Perak, including local customs and dress codes, presented by none other than YDH Toh Amar Seri Diraja Dato' Seri Ayop bin Hashim, Secretary of State Senate of Perak.

 

YABhg Tan Sri Mohd Annuar bin Zaini, the Chairman of the Standing Committee, State Senate of Perak, also shared his valuable insights on the State Protocol Advisory Council, covering topics such as protocol, etiquette, and council management.

 

In attendance at the course was YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak, Chief Executive of the Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNPk) and YBhg. Dato’ Mubarak Ali Gulam Rasul, the Chief Executive Officer of Lumut Port.
