Launching of Rumahku Amanjaya

Ipoh, May 19, 2015: PKNP Group is committed to undertake the mandate entrusted to build 10,000 units of affordable housing by the end of 2018.
The programme was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri DiRaja Dr. Zambry Bin Abd Kadir, Chief Minister of Perak. Perak State government is obliged to serve the need of the rakyat by providing affordable housing for low and middle income earners with contemporary design and at the same time encourage home ownership by Bumiputera in new urban centers in Bandar Meru Raya.
Under the Bumiputera Entrepreneur Development programme PKNP Group has identified two companies, D'Aman Residences Sdn Bhd and Casa Kayangan. Both projects are located in Zone 3 and Zone 9 at Bandar Meru Raya.
PKNP Group highlighted the design of affordable housing with the concept of ‘perfect life’ as a goal, quality, comfortable, secured and remain resilient. In addition, it emphasizes the aesthetic, greenery and elements of nature with the modern life style. Besides that, the residential area has complete infrastructure with basic facilities and accessibility via network of roads.
Estimated 1704 unit of affordable housing has been offered by both joint venture companies in Bandar Meru Raya. The price ranges between RM145,000 to RM299,000 with an area between 84 square meters to 109 square meters. It involves blocks of a 5 storey apartments, 15 storey apartments, 25 storey apartments and 3-storey offices.
Also present at the opening ceremony were Dato' Aminuddin Bin Md Desa, Chief Executive of PKNP Group, Dato' Aminuddin Bin Md Hanafi, Chairman of the Board of Affordable Housing Affairs, YB Dato' Muhammad Zahir Abdul Khalid, Chairman of Perak State Committee on Industry, Investment and Corridor and YB Dato' Saarani Mohamad, Chairman of Perak State Committee on Rural Development, Plantation, Agriculture, Housing and Local Government Affairs.
