IPOH, 17th November 2023 – Nityo and Digital Perak formalized an agreement, signified by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), wherein they committed to the transformation of the S.M.A.R.T Niaga@Perak application, initially developed by Digital Perak. The objective is to evolve it into a comprehensive e-commerce platform tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) operating in Perak.

The signing ceremony was conducted by Mohamad Suhaimi bin Mohamad Tahir, the Chief Executive Officer of Digital Perak, alongside Rajasekhar Gummadi, the Country Head of Nityo. This significant event was witnessed by YAB Dato' Seri Saarani bin Mohamad, the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul Ridzuan, and YB Mr Mohd Azlan Helmi bin Helmi, the Chairman of the Communications, Multimedia, and NGO Committee. Dato' Ahmad Suaidi bin Abdul Rahim, the Perak State Secretary; YB Dato' Mohd Zaki bin Mahyudin, the Perak State Finance Officer; and YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak, the Chief Executive of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNPk), also graced the occasion as a guest of honour during the MoU exchange.
