BAGAN SERAI, 8th FEBRUARY 2024 – Hari Bertemu Pelanggan is an opportunity for the community and the State government to interact with each other in order to provide better quality and efficient services. The programme, which lasted from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Dewan Dato' Zainal Abidin Zin Bagan Serai, was organised by the Perak State Government on a monthly basis.

The Chief Minister of Perak (Menteri Besar Perak), YAB Dato’ Haji Saarani Bin Mohamad together with the line-up of State Government as well as the department heads of relevant agencies are always attentive and proactive in listening to the issues and concerns expressed by the people. In line with the intention of the State Government through its strategic long-term plan, Perak Sejahtera 2030’s goal is to ensure people's well-being and concerns are taken care of by effective and fair services in a timely manner.
