JAPAN, 25 MEI 2024 – Majuperak Holdings Berhad (Majuperak) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shizen International Inc. (Shizen International) presented two goals: exploring the development of solar photovoltaic projects built on land and evaluating the potential of water suitable for floating photovoltaic projects in the State of Perak.

The MoU was not just a signing, but a testament to the collaborative spirit of our leaders. It was signed by Syed Agil Syed Hashim, Chief Executive Officer of Majuperak Group, and Rei Ushikubo, Chief Executive Officer of Shizen International. This ceremony was witnessed by a distinguished panel including YAB Dato' Seri Haji Saarani bin Mohamad, Menteri Besar of Perak; Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak, Chief Executive of Perak State Development Corporation (PKNPk) and Executive Chairman of Majuperak; and Oliver Senter, Shizen Energy Group Executive Officer responsible for Investments & Strategy.

The Perak State Government Secretary, Datuk Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, the Perak State Finance Officer, Dato' Mohd Zaki Mahyudin, and the Chairman of the Perak Tourism, Industry, Investment and Corridor Development Committee, YB Loh Sze Yee, were also present at the event.
