BAGAN SERAI, 17th JULY 2024 – PKNPk, as the implementing agency for the Projek Kecil Berimpak Tinggi (People Centric) under the special MEA project, has completed a new open hall at the Haji Hamdan prayer hall, Parit Haji Taib 3, Alor Pongsu, Bagan Serai.

The open hall, built adjacent to the mosque, was successfully completed at a cost of RM256,500 and is expected to serve as a community activity and recreation centre. 

The completion and handover ceremony of the hall was also attended by the Deputy Chief Executive (Planning and Development) of PKNPk, Tuan Syed Omar Albar Syed Abdullah. The committee of the prayer hall, the women and youth committees worked together to make the event a success.

This People-Centric project was also fully supported by Majuperak (Majuperak).
