GUNUNG SEMANGGOL, 17th JULY 2024 – On 17 July 2024, the construction of a transverse hall, open hall and the upgrading of the Al-Ansar Mosque in Kampung Baru Balik Bukit, Semanggol was successfully completed and a handover ceremony was held there.

This project, costing RM363,000, with PKNPk as the implementing agency together with Majuperak (Majuperak), will provide comfort and a larger prayer space, thus being able to accommodate the additional capacity of the mosque's activities and its congregation.

According to Encik Mohammad Ridzuwan Bin Mohamed, the chief of the Gunung Semanggol Mukim, the open hall that was also built will facilitate the running of mosque programs and local community activities such as during Ramadan and Syawal, as well as other religious gatherings.
