IPOH, 28th JULY 2024 – The Perak State Development Corporation (PKNPk) has been appointed as the Chairman of the Perak State MAKSAK Badminton Sports for more than 10 years to compete in the National MAKSAK Games. Held annually, MAKSAK stands for the Malaysian Government Employees Welfare and Sports Council.

The management of the Perak MAKSAK Badminton team, chaired by Ybhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak as the Chief Executive Officer of PKNPk and En. Abd Aziz B. Abd Rahim as the Manager of MAKSAK Badminton, organized the MADANI Badminton Tournament in conjunction with YAB Tambun Member of Parliament Cup 2024 on the 27^th & 28^th July 2024.

This tournament involved cooperation with the Kelab Warga Kumpulan PKNPk to find badminton talents among Perak State Civil Servants to take up the challenge of representing the Perak State MAKSAK Badminton team in the National MAKSAK Championship, which will take place in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu from the 5th-8th September 2024. A total of 70 participants from various departments and government agencies in Perak participated in this tournament.
