IPOH, 25th SEPTEMBER 2024 – On 25 September 2024, Koridor Utiliti Darul Ridzuan (KUDR) received a courtesy visit from Digital Penang, led by Mr. Zakaria Alli, Director of Digital Penang, along with his management team and a delegation from the Penang State Government, consisting of officials from various state agencies.

Also, present to chair the session was Ms. Nurdita Fadzlinda Ahmad Rasidi, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Corporate Relations) of PKNPk, representing the Chief Executive Officer of PKNPk, Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak and Executive Director of KUDR.

Digital Penang plans to develop and implement due diligence to establish a State Utility Corridor. The discussion session covered inquiries about the establishment process, the framework for effectively implementing the State Utility Corridor, and the necessary steps to ensure the integration and management of utilities flourish in Penang.

Mr. Zakaria Alli and the delegation representatives also asked about the challenges faced by KUDR and the effective collaborative measures that could assist in achieving Digital Penang's objectives. Ms. Nurdita further shared best practice approaches in KUDR management and experiences forming optimal strategies for establishing the Penang State Utility Corridor.

KUDR hopes that this courtesy visit will benefit the attending delegation and assist Penang in establishing a more organized utility management system.
