INTRODUCTORY BRIEFING ON e-INVOICING IMPLEMENTATION ORGANISED BY PKNPk FINANCE & ACCOUNTING DIVISION

IPOH, 10th JULY 2025 – The Finance and Accounting Division (BKA), in collaboration with the Human Resources and Digital Services Division (BSTMPD), successfully conducted an Introductory Briefing on e-Invoicing Implementation on 10 July 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m.
The briefing was part of PKNPk’s knowledge empowerment initiative on the e-Invoicing system and was delivered pro bono by PKNPk-appointed taxation consultants, PricewaterhouseCoopers Taxation Services Sdn Bhd (PwC).
The program aligns with PKNPk’s official e-Invoicing implementation, which began on 1 July 2025. The three-hour session involved 60 participants, including directors, heads, and representatives from all divisions and units within PKNPk.
During the briefing, PwC provided a comprehensive overview of the e-Invoicing process and outlined preparatory steps required by each division/unit to ensure that document issuance by BKA complies with guidelines set by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDNM).
Additionally, a separate session was held exclusively between PwC and BKA to address technical accounting issues related to e-Invoicing and to identify practical solutions for smooth operational implementation.
