INTRODUCTORY BRIEFING ON HR BOSS i-NET SYSTEM, PART OF PKNPk’S DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVE

IPOH, 24th OCTOBER 2025 - PKNPk organized an introductory briefing on the HR Boss i-Net System involving all PKNPk employees as a preparatory step before the full implementation of the new system on 1 November 2025.
The session began with welcoming remarks by YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak, Chief Executive of PKNPk that emphasized the importance of compliance, integrity and accountability in all service matters through the implementation of a more efficient and transparent digital human resource system.
The briefing continued with a presentation by the Human Resource & Digital Services Division (BSTMPD), which provided detailed explanations on the key features of HR Boss i-Net, including leave applications, personal data updates, and a more efficient and user-friendly digital verification process. The session also highlighted the importance of adhering to organizational policies, codes of conduct, and procedures currently in force, particularly those related to ethical and responsible use of the system.
The HR Boss i-Net System will replace HR Boss.Net, which is expected to reach its End-of-Life phase in early 2026. This initiative forms part of PKNPk’s broader Digital Transformation Agenda aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, information transparency, and the overall internal user experience in human resource management.
