ENGAGEMENT SESSION ON ISSUES UNDER THE ONLINE DASHBOARD OF THE AUDITOR GENERAL

IPOH, 30th OCTOBER 2025 – On 30 October, YBhg. Dato’ Seri Wan Suraya binti Wan Mohd Radzi, Auditor General of Malaysia, chaired an Engagement Session on Issues under the Online Dashboard of the Auditor General, held at the State Operations Room, Perak Darul Ridzuan Building.
The session served as a platform to discuss various issues and challenges faced by state departments and agencies in relation to audit implementation and management. Deliberations also focused on enhancing information delivery and audit reporting systems to ensure they are carried out more effectively, systematically, and in alignment with the principles of good governance.
This initiative forms part of the National Audit Department’s (NAD) new approach following the Audit Act 2024 amendment, which further strengthens the role of the Auditor General in ensuring transparency, accountability, and integrity in public financial management across all levels of administration.
Also present were YB Dato’ Ahmad Suaidi bin Abdul Rahim, State Secretary of Perak; YB Dato’ Azmir Shah bin Zainal Abidin, State Legal Advisor; YB Dato’ Mohd Zaki bin Mahyudin, State Financial Officer; YBrs. Encik Azman Mahmood, Deputy Auditor General (Finance); YBrs. Tuan Zamakhshari bin Hanipah, Mayor of Ipoh; as well as heads of state departments and representatives from the National Audit Department and the Perak State Government.

(PIRSB), led by Encik Abdul Rahim bin Bohari@Bahari, Chief Executive Officer of PIRSB; Encik Aidee Radzwan bin Rosidi, Director of Project and Business Operations; and Pn. Nur Azura binti Abdul Khamin, Director of Internal Audit Division, PKNPk.
