IPOH, 19th NOVEMBER 2025 - A Briefing Session on Tenancy Documentation and Requirements, followed by the signing of New Tenancy Agreements for tenants under the Pekan Kecil Development, was held on 19 November 2025 at the PKNPk Entrepreneur Development Centre, Ipoh. The programme was organised to ensure alignment in current documentation practices, revised tenancy terms, and new agreement procedures implemented under PKNPk’s governance.

The session commenced with welcoming remarks by the Head of Asset & Facilities Management Division, Mr. Mohd Harris Bin Md Rodzi, who emphasised the importance of compliance with tenancy conditions, timely record updates, and data alignment to support seamless operational management of the premises. The programme was officiated by PKNPk Chief Executive, YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak, who reaffirmed PKNPk’s commitment to elevating asset management standards and providing a more conducive, organised, and sustainable business environment.

The programme recorded the participation of 30 tenants, the majority of whom have been existing occupants since 2018 - reflecting continued confidence in PKNPk’s management and facilities. The session concluded with the signing of the New Tenancy Agreements by all participating tenants as confirmation of their acceptance of the established requirements, aligned with PKNPk’s efforts to ensure standardisation, transparency, and compliance in tenancy governance.
