SARAWAK, 19th NOVEMBER 2025 - On 19 November 2025, an official engagement session between PKNPk, LuMIC Development Sdn. Bhd. and Bintulu Port Holdings was held at Wisma Kontena, Bintulu Port. The PKNPk and LuMIC DevCo delegation was represented by En. Abd Aziz Abd Rahim, Director of Government & Stakeholders Management, PKNPk; En. Zafril Mohd Eusoff, Assistant Director of Government & Stakeholders Management, PKNPk; and En. Mohamad Aiman Arif, Executive of LuMIC Development Sdn. Bhd. Bintulu Port Holdings was represented by En. Sufri Hj. Bohari, Chief Executive Officer of Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn. Bhd.; Wan Mohammad Zaidi Wan Kadir, General Manager, Marine Services Group, Port Operations Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd.; along with members of the port management team.

The primary objective of the engagement was to strengthen cooperation between PKNPk, LuMIC DevCo, and Bintulu Port, while exploring potential strategic collaborations and knowledge exchange related to maritime sector development and investments, particularly in support of the Lumut Maritime Industrial City (LuMIC) development in Lumut.

This visit underscores the ongoing commitment to enhance engagement between PKNPk and key maritime industry players across Malaysia, with anticipated positive impact both domestically and at the national level.
