IPOH, 26th NOVEMBER 2025 - On 26 November 2025, the Internal Audit Unit of the Perak State Secretary’s Office organised the Perak State Internal Audit Professionalism Dialogue Program at Hotel Weil, Ipoh. The programme focused on enhancing professionalism, integrity, and audit efficiency across Local Authorities, State Statutory Bodies, and State Government agencies.

The session also provided a platform for sharing insights and experiences on effective audit practices, in line with the principles of integrity-driven and competitive governance.

The forum, titled “Auditor Ethics: Driving Integrity in the Digital Era”, featured PKNPk’s Director of Internal Audit, Puan Nur Azura Abdul Khamin, alongside the Director of Internal Audit of Ipoh City Council and auditors from the Perak State Secretary’s Office as invited panelists.

This initiative reinforces the State’s ongoing efforts to elevate standards and strengthen the capacity of internal audit functions across Perak.
