IPOH, 13th AUGUST 2024 – A two-day Lumut Maritime Industrial City (LuMIC) Masterplan Workshop was held at Casuarina@Meru. The Masterplan Workshop was divided into four main parts, namely discussions on information about previous projects, PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis covering the unique advantages of the port and industries under the LuMIC project as well as forecasting and improving strategies to expand the potential of the project Masterplan.

The workshop was attended by Ybhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq, Chief Executive Officer of PKNPk, Ybhg. Dato’ Haji Mubarak Ali, Chief Executive Officer of Lumut Port and collaboration partners from PoABI, consisting of Mr Johannes Schmidt, Port Strategy & Sustainability, and Mr Aag Helewat, Port Infrastructure/Port Planning.
