IPOH, 31st May 2023 – Majuperak Holdings Berhad (MHB) and Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad (Bank Rakyat) held a Construction Financing Signing session with a total financing facility worth RM22 million today.

MHB has taken proactive action and played a significant role in instilling buyers through Rumah Perakku and other housing projects. Additionally, the Company's efforts to support the State Government's vision and mission in affordable housing coincide with this project to meet the needs and goals of the welfare of the Perak people.

Tn. Syed Agil bin Syed Hashim, Chief Executive Officer of MHB Group, and Mr. Mohd Hamka Abd Rani, Senior Vice President (Corporate & Commercial) of Bank Rakyat, signed the agreement for both parties.

The signing ceremony at the Government Secretary's Office, Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan, witnessed by YB Pn. Sandrea Ng Shy Ching Chairman of the Housing & Local Government Committee. YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq bin Abdul Razak, Executive Chairman of MHB, and Chief Executive Officer of the Perak Housing & Real Estate Board, Mr. Mohamed Akmal bin Dahalan.
