IPOH, 4th JANUARY 2024 – Hari Bertemu Pelanggan serves as a vital platform for fostering interaction between the community and the government, ensuring quality and responsive services are delivered. This monthly program, organized by the Perak State Government, occurred at the Indera Mulia Stadium in Ipoh and commenced at 9:00 am.

The YAB Menteri Besar of Perak, alongside the State Government EXCO lineup and department heads of relevant agencies, consistently exhibits attentiveness and proactivity in addressing the concerns and grievances voiced by the public. This aligns with the State Government's overarching objective outlined in the Perak Sejahtera 2030 plan – to enhance the well-being of the people through efficient and equitable services, with the swift resolution of complaints being the program's primary aim.

The initial instalment of this year's series received positive acclaim from the residents of Ipoh and the surrounding areas.
