IPOH, 3rd JULY 2024 – Hari Bertemu Pelanggan Series 5 was held today at the Banquet Hall, Perak Darul Ridzuan Building. This event provided an opportunity for the state government to engage with the public face-to-face in the Kinta District, serving as a platform to bridge the gap between both parties and understand the people's problems through a more effective complaint handling system.

The Menteri Besar of Perak, YAB Dato’ Seri Saarani bin Mohamad, the State Executive Council, and relevant state departments and agencies spent nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes meeting and interacting with the people of the state.

The Deputy Chief Executive (Corporate Relations) of PKNPk, Pn. Nurdita Fadzlinda Binti Ahmad Rasidi, and the Director of Government & Stakeholder Management of PKNPk, En. Abd Aziz Abd Rahim, were also present to address the feedbacks and concerns of the people regarding projects under the PKNPk Group.
