IPOH, 10th DECEMBER 2024 – The third Board of Directors meeting for LuMIC DevCo in 2024 took place on 10 December 2024 at the Executive Room of Hotel Casuarina@Meru in Ipoh.

The meeting was chaired by Datuk Azian Osman and attended by Board members Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak, Datuk Azmi Hj Othman, Mr. Philippe Marcel H. Droesbeke, and Mr. Tom Peter Hautekie. Mr. Alex Staring, Chief Business Development Officer of LuMIC DevCo, was also present.

Key topics on the agenda included refining LuMIC's goals and strategies for 2025, discussing the financial framework for the upcoming year, addressing human resource management, and outlining plans for the company’s future growth and development.
